QBE enhances FastFlow e-trade platform with Live Chat

Live Chat is initially being trialled on five products - Minibus, Mini Fleet, Office, Business Combined and CyberCrime, with the intention of widening it to other products soon. Live Chat has already proved popular with brokers since QBE launched it on various broker platforms last year. In the last 12 months the SME team has handled 7,900 chats.

Brokers logging onto FastFlow can click the chat icon to have a real-time on-screen conversation with decision-makers in QBE’s Stafford office. This allows them to get answers to questions quicker than having a phone conversation and allows them to perform multiple tasks simultaneously, such as speaking to the customer while utilising the live chat feature.
