Having been the CEO of multiple businesses and the author of six books, Margaret Heffernan is an expert in the field of organisation effectiveness, with her TED Talks being viewed by over twelve million people. Margaret believes in developing skills and courage to allow difficult conversations to take place, and that by speaking our mind, we can create organisations that think and perform more effectively. Jane's philosophy is to develop teams that are diverse in thought, experience, and expertise to develop new ideas and stimulate engagement.
