High Court clarifies 'right to be forgotten'

The High Court has confirmed for the first time that the “right to be forgotten” by search engines can in some circumstances include the right to require search engines to remove links to reports of an individual’s criminal convictions. Two cases are discussed revealing contrasting outcomes due to differing circumstances.
