The QBE Foundation’s focus is on creating strong, resilient and inclusive communities. In our International European Operations division, we support community organisations across the UK, Europe, the United Arab Emirates and Canada to help advance climate resilience and inclusion.
The EO QBE Foundation partners with community organisations, focusing on climate resilience and inclusion, two areas we believe we can have the greatest impact. The EO QBE Foundation works through community partnerships, grants and strategic investments, and employee engagement opportunities.
“Enabling resilience is central to QBE’s purpose and through the EO QBE Foundation we aim to deliver on that commitment in our communities. By partnering with leading community organisations to advance climate resilience and inclusion, and by empowering our people to contribute their time and expertise, we seek to help communities prepare and adapt to risks and ultimately to thrive.”
As a global insurer, we see first-hand the impacts natural disasters have on our customers and the communities in which we operate. For more than 5 years, QBE Foundation, Red Cross and Save the Children have worked together to help communities around the world build their resilience by improving their capacity to prepare for, and respond to, disasters, and to help people recover.
