We offer Employers’ Liability insurance to companies in the UK and Ireland. This covers organisations for their duties under the Employers’ Liability (Compulsory Insurance) Act 1969 to insure against liability for bodily injury or disease sustained by employees.

Individually structured programmes
We work hard to understand your needs so that we can structure a programme that meets your specific requirements. Policies can either be considered on a primary basis, with a deductible retained by the insured, or in excess of another policy. The maximum capacity we are able to provide to any single customer is £100m.

Our underwriters have the experience and authority to respond quickly and efficiently to the often urgent requirements of our customers. We have liability underwriters across the UK, with offices in London, Bristol, Birmingham, Stafford, Leeds, Manchester, Glasgow and Belfast.
