New mandatory climate related financial reporting for UK businesses

Following a consultation in 2021, draft regulations have been published with the intention for more accurately priced climate related risks in the financial markets, and to stimulate a more informed understanding of climate risk for both businesses and investors. This article provides some insight into the proposed scope and disclosure requirements.
