QBE European Operations has appointed Andy Besant as Chief Customer Officer.
In the newly created role, Andy will report to Cécile Fresneau, Managing Director, Insurance. He will be responsible for QBE European Operations’ sales strategy, distribution, client proposition, the management and development of major trading partnerships, major client relationships, as well as other priority customer segments.
He will join from Collinson Group where he is currently Managing Director for Travel experiences and he has previously held senior sales and distribution leadership roles at HiFX and American Express.
