- Melody joins from Aviva, bringing 15 years of insurance experience
- Newly created role marks insurer's focus on client engagement
Global insurer QBE has appointed Melody Lyndon-Stanford as Head of Client Engagement.
Melody brings more than 15 years of insurance experience to the role, having started her career as an underwriter and specialising in client-focused roles since 2021. She joins QBE from Aviva, where she most recently held the role of Client Relationship and Innovation Manager.
Melody will shape QBE’s client engagement strategy across industries, geographies and customer segments. She will also work closely with underwriters, claims and distribution in line with our integrated client approach.
In the newly created role, Melody will be based in London and report into Matt Lacy, Director of Client Proposition for QBE’s European Operations. The role is effective from June 2026.
